Intervention1: yoga nidra: pretest post test experimental group design. pretest is administered to both the experimental group and control group. 21 days of relaxation is given to experimental group.
relaxation (Awareness of the breath, sounds outside the room, inside the room) resolve
(I am successful, healthier and more relaxed) rotation of consciousness
(Parts of the body-right side, left side, back of the body, head region, major parts of the body)
breath awareness (awareness of breath in abdomen, chest, throat, and external nostrils and each time counting from 27 to 1)
resolve (3 times repetition) and finish
Control Intervention1: control group: The control group underwent the routine activities of school and home life.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 10th standard students of age 15-16 years studying in schools under Karnataka State Board Students studying in English medium school
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Students who are suffering from any illness Students who are already practicing Yoga
