Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult men between 18 -70 years with unilateral inguinal hernia and fit for general anaesthesia under ASA grade I and II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with complicated hernia, i.e. irreducible, obstructed and strangulated hernias, previous lower abdominal surgery and coagulopathies. Patients who are not giving informed consent for randomization, blinding, or TEP.
