Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Household members greater than five years of age who have provided voluntary informed consent for participation (For adults aged more than 18 years informed consent will be taken. For children aged more than 5 years and less than 18 years, assent along with informed consent by parents or legally acceptable representative [LAR] will be taken).

The primary outcome of this survey is the prevalence of HCV infection in general population of Punjab. The primary outcome analyzed for HCV infection will be derived from the results of markers of HCV infection, anti-HCV (screening assay) and HCV RNA.Timepoint: Twelve months
