Health Condition 1: null- Clinically Healthy and stable individuals who have established TMJ pain ,also clinical symptoms satisfying the inclusion criteria of study and where conservative measure have failed

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Systemically healthy patient diagnosed with TMD in the Age group of 20-60 • Limited Mouth Opening • Deviation in Mouth Opening • Pain During the Mouth Opening or Closing the mouth • Tenderness over TMJ • Audible Clicking sound of the Temporomandibular Joint

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age under 20 yrs • Past history of open surgery in the affected joint or joint injections • Known polyarthritis (mostly rheumatoid arthritis) • Ankylosis of the TMJ • allergy to study medications • edentulous subjects • pregnancy or breast feeding • current physical therapy, muscle relaxants or antiseizure medications . Medically compromised patients • Patient not willing to sign the consent form
