Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All healthy pregnant mother at term undergoing elective caesarean delivery under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suspected fetal anomaly 2.Medical complication of mother which may interfere with feto-placental perfusion namely, any heart disease, respiratory disease, history of smoking disorder, preeclamsia, gestational diabetes mellitus and anemia. 3.Skin incision to baby delivery time 30 minutes. 4.Uterine incision to baby delivery time5 minutes.
