Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients with ASA Gr III and IV -Patients on steroid therapy - -Anticipated difficult airway e.g. mallampati III,IV -Patients with compromised cardiac functions -Anticoagulent used within preceding 4 weeks -Laparoscopic procedure converted to laparotomy
