Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All the inpatients treated with carbapenems in MSSH, Patparganj, Delhi. 2) All the patients above age group above 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) All the outpatients treated with carbapenems. 2) All the inpatients from pediatric and oncology departments and pregnant women.
