Intervention1: Nutritional therapy: Nutritional therapy will include 30-35kcal/kg and 1.0-1.5 grams of protein/kg body weight according to ESPN guideline for 6 months

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of cirrhosis with minimal hepatic encephalopathy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of any episode of overt hepatic encephalopathy. History of shunt surgery or TIPSS Electrolyte imbalance Evidence of infection History of recent use of psychotropic drugs Hepatocellular Carcinoma Severe Medical problem like CHF,Pulmonary disease,neurological and psychiatric disorders History of alcohol intake in last one month History of intake of lactulose rifaximine, LOLA or probiotics inlast one month History of GI bleed in last one month Patient with acute on chronic liver failure
