Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of type 2 diabetes, of either gender and aged more than 18 years 2. Patients receiving MSD SPARSH services regularly as per the program protocol for at least 14 months 3. Patients giving consent for usage of his/her data for the purpose of this study 4. Patients willing to comply with other requirements of the study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes within 6 months prior to enrolment in MSD SPARSH 2. Patients who have discontinued from MSD SPARSH services, irrespective of their duration of stay in the program
