Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing surgery under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Surgery inside nose or mouth • Coagulopathy • History of major oral or nasal trauma • Presence of artificial heart valve • Hyper-reactive airway • Pregnancy • Patient refusal
