Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only adult patients (age > 18 years) without any nail abnormality, nail discoloration (such as but not limited to icterus, nail colors, mehendi) and normal by history and examination will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those receiving any intravenous fluids will be excluded.
