Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: chronic periodontitis patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers, diabetes, pregnancy, steroid therapy, anaemia, oestrogen therapy, treatment with bisphosphonates ,malabsorption syndrome , gastrointestinal disease and endocrine disorder

MeasureTime frame
anti inflammatory effect of vitamin d related to periodontal disease and improved bone mineral density of alveolar bone in mandible.Timepoint: anti inflammatory effect of vitamin d related to periodontal disease and improved bone mineral density of alveolar bone in mandible within the investigating time period of three months.
