Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ï?? Singleton Healthy ï?? Full-term pregnancy ï?? ASA physical status I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Breech presentations • Antepartum haemorrhage • Severe pre-eclampsia • Aortic stenosis • Cephalopelvic disproportions • Coagulation defects or on anti-coagulant therapy • Vertebral deformity • Local sepsis • Sensitivity to the drug to be administered • Fetal distress
