Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male& female adult patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus referred by the diabetologist for physiotherapy. -Patients with age above 18 to 65 years. -Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus for more than 3 years. -Patients who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All medical conditions that are contraindicated for exercise training as per ACSM Guidelines. -Patients with chronic renal failure. -Patient on dialysis. -Patients with movement disorders. -Patients with sensory loss/diabetic neuropathy. -Mentally unstable patients.
