Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: singleton pregnancy cephalic presentation elective and early or 1st stage of labor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women not willing to participate prematurity less than 36 weeks of gestation second stage of labor and deeply engaged head women on anticoagulant therapy eclampsia/unconsciousness known fetal bleeding bone demineralization disorder serious medical complications
