Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Family members who are related to the postnatal mother as husband, mother, mother in-law or sister (own sister, co-sister and sister in-law). Family members of postnatal mothers who can read and understand Kannada or English.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Family members who accompany postnatal mother with postpartum complications. Family members who accompany postnatal mother with sick infant. Family members other than husband, mother, mother in law and sisters who accompany the postnatal mother in the postnatal ward.
