Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged between 6 to 14 years. Children diagnosed with fever, URTI and viral fever Children admitted with fever whose temperature between 99oF-103oF. Children receive antipyretics (paracetamol) only and no other intervention for temperature decline

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fever association with serious illness Non cooperative children Post operative patients Lesion and ulcer on the leg Paralysis
