Intervention1: Hemitransport of the fibula to bridge long segment tibial loss: Half the fibula is used to reconstruct the loss of the tibia using the Ilizarov external ring fixator.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Long segment Tibial bone loss secondary to trauma or infection or multiple surgeries, defined as more than six cm of tibial loss, either acute or chronic
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with Polytrauma Patients with acute trauma with a fracture pattern in the fibula that precludes fibula transfer
