Inclusion criteria: Patients attending Dermatology OPD, Father Muller Medical College and Hospital, Mangalore with clinical diagnosis of DPN Inclusion criteria- •Age more than 18 years •Patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria- •Patients not willing for biopsy •Uncooperative patients
