Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged 30-60 years Women who are able to read and write in English, Kannada, Tulu
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Women having urinary disorders and diagnosed cases of incontinence Women with neurological disorders

| The findingsof the study showed that 34% of subjects had urinary incontinence where as 66% were did not had urinary incontinence. Among subjects with urinary incontinence 23.67% had mixed urinary incontinence,1% had urge urinary incontinence and 9% had stress urinary incontinence and 54.90% of subjects with urinary incontinence had excellent quality of life ,37.25% had good quality of life and 7.84% had average quality of life Timepoint: 30days | — |
