Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All neonates with >35 weeks of gestation with neonatal encephalopathy admitted to NICU of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Newborn with major congenital malformations like neural tube defects, exomphalos major, gastroschisis. 2.Preterm neonates less than 35 wks of gestation. 3.Failure to obtain consent
