Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Registered nurses on completion of GNM/BSc/PB.BSc/ graduation in Nursing, Nurses who are working in maternity and neonatal units

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Student nurses who are doing internship and not registered

The knowledge score of 53.33 % were good whereas 41.66%were satisfactory. The practices of 78.33%were very good and 15% were good. There was a weakly positive relationship between knowledge and practice scoresTimepoint: 30days
