Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All registered staff nurses who have work experience in Father Muller medical college hospital for at least one month Those who are available at the time of data collection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Internship students GNM, Pc BSc ,and BSc who are waiting for the results Other staff nurses like supervisors, DNS, ANS, College of nursing staff and administrative staff Staff nurses who are not having state nursing council registration
