Intervention1: Granisetron: All patients will be fasted for 8hrs and will receive 150mg rannitidine in evening and on day of surgery.Patients will be randomized using a computer generated random numb

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient Refusal. 2.Adults in age group 21-50 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal. 2.ASA(PS) 3&above. 3.Age 50 yrs. 4.Neurological deficit. 5.History of allergy to propofol,metoclopramide and granisetron. 6. History of taking any analgesics before surgery. 7.History of diabetes or hypertension. 8.History of Cardiovascular or respiratory disease. 9.Morbid obesity. 10.Emergency surgery.
