Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria. Age -38 or less FSH BMI between 20 â?? 29.kg/m2 1 previous failed IVF when at least two Grade 1 embryos were transferred. Suspected implantation failure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria:Poor responders â?? less than 4 oocytes in a previous IVF cycle Local uterine pathology â?? adhesions / polyp ect. Endometriosis / Adenomyosis Uterine malformations Systemic disease â?? like Diabetes / SLE.

Clinical pregnancy rate: number of clinical pregnancies (ultrasound confirmed)at 6wks expressed per embryo transfer. Miscarriage: Delivery occurring prior to 20 weeks gestation. implantation rate: no of embryos transferred to number of gestation sacs in transvaginal scan at 6 weeks Timepoint: 6 weeks of gestation by transvaginal scan
