Intervention1: Group â??Aâ?? â?? Rasnadi Taila Nasya: 8 bindu in each nostrils for 7 days daily. Such two courses will be done with gap of one week and the observation of â??Samyaka Lakshanaâ?? will

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having sign and symptoms of Vatika Shirahshoola (tension headache). NasyaYogya as per Ayurvedic classics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Hypertension • Chronic sinusitis • Traumatic injury • Cerebral hemorrhagic condition • Secondary headache caused by meningitis, tumor, encephalitis, increased intra ocular pressure, cervical spondylosis, hypoglycemia, and refractive errors. • Nasya Ayogya as per Ayurvedic classics • Any other serious systemic illness.
