Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with severe type of disability GMFCS score up to level 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: childrens age of below than 1 year and above than 10 years major congenital disorders diabetes mellitus tuberculosis acute infections
