Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: babies satisfying all the three criteria will be selected : a. Term live born neonates b. Presence of meconium stained amniotic fluid c. Non vigorous at birth defined as by one of the following: 1) Heart rate 2) Decreased muscle tone, 3) Not breathing or crying
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Extramural neonates b. Major congenital anomalies
