Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients of 18 years and above requiring intensive care management for traumatic brain injury Requiring blood transfusion (Hemoglobin < 9 Gms/dL)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: hemodynamic instability requiring high FIO2 > 0.7

MeasureTime frame
Changes in central venous oxygen saturationTimepoint: End of blood transfusion and 6, 12, 18 and 24 hours post blood transfusion.
