Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Biopsy proven cancer cervix stage IIB- IIIB 2.Karnofsky Performance Status >= 70 3.Medical contraindication for concurrent chemotherapy 4.Patients refusal to undergo chemotherapy 5.Patients willing to give informed consent and agree to follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.All Post operative cases 2.Patients who have received chemoradiotherapy earlier 3.KPS

1.To assess the feasibility and tolerance of a six day per week of external beam radiotherapy schedule in Indian patients suffering from locally advanced cancer of the cervix. 2.To assess the acute and chronic toxicity of six day per week radiotherapy schedule 3.To evaluate response rate at end of one year. Timepoint: 1.Once a week during treatment 2.At 4.5 Weeks 3.At end of one year
