Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 & 11 patients undergoing lower abdominal and genitourethral surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension, cardiac diseases including conduction defects, contraindications to spinal anaesthesia, allergy to amide type of local anaesthetics or dexmedetomidine or fentanyl
