Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All VLBW babies admitted in NICU and on tube feeds and expressed breast milk.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital anomalies of gastro intestinal tract 2. Umbilical sepsis/abdominal skin infection 3. Babies on aminophylline 4. Babies on ventilator support (MAP more than 9mmHg) 5. Babies on high frequency ventilation 6. Babies on augmenting inotropes. 7. Metabolic abdomen (hypokalemia)
