Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Randomly selected Males & Females above 19 years upto 40 years (from PURSE HIS study) BMI less than 23 Type II Diabetes Mellitus With or without Dyslipidemia who have given written informed consent to participate in the study & agree for all pre said examinations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe end organ damage heart failure cancer HIV positive patients
