Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Predominant medial knee OA(greater than or equal to 1 in Kellgren â??Lawrence Scale) 2. Knee pain on ambulation of at least 2 mm on a 10 mm VAS Scale 3. Age >45 years 4. Ability to understand and follow simple verbal commands 5. No medical contraindications for walking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pain/ symptomatic arthritis in any other joint of lower extremity 2. Structural foot deformity 3. Gluco-corticoid therapy within 3 months 4. Inflammatory arthritis
