Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 18 years of age who presented to the ED with a chief complaint of acute chest pain.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient younger than 18 years of age. 2.Patients having documented evidence of a traumatic cause for chest pain. 3.Patients with any diagnosed structural heart disease. 4.Patients having past history of ischemic chest pain.
