Health Condition 1: null- Adult Cancer patients undergoing cancer surgery and at a high risk for postoperative nausea and vomiting

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients scheduled for breast surgery, parotid surgery, thyroid surgery, gynaecological surgeries. Aged between 20-60 years ASA physical status I or II At a high risk for PONV with at least 2 of the 4 risk factors mentioned below 1 Female patients 2 Non smoking status 3 Past h/o PONV or motion sickness 4 Postoperative opioid use
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patient 2. Menstruating patients 3. History of GERD 4. Antemetic medication, nausea or vomiting prior to surgery 5. Major intraabdominal,thoracic, pelvic and reconstructive surgeries
