Intervention1: Head pushing or Group A: Patients fulfilling the criteria will be included. Head will be pushed from below to deliver it abdominally during cesarean section.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton pregnancy with cephalic presentation 2. Cervical dilatation 7 cm or more 3. Hemoglobin 10 gram% or more
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancy 2. Breech or Shoulder presentation 3. Pregnant women with severe anemia
