Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants who are of age 18 years and above with Primary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary causes like deviated nasal septum,nasal polyps,atrophic rhinitis 2. Revision DCR/Stents 3. Renal failure or immunosuppression 4. Pregnancy and lactation 5. Out station patients 6. Participants not willing to consent
