Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: elderly male patients of age more than or equal to 60 years ASA physical status 1 or 2 body weight between 50-70 kg and height 150-180 cm undergoing elective lower limb orthopaedic surgery under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled hypertension, recent myocardial infarction contraindications to spinal anesthesia
