Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study shall include: a) Suspected or confirmed victims of isolated cyanide poisoning; b) Suspected or confirmed victims of cyanide terrorism; c) Rescue workers exposed to or suspected to have been exposed to cyanide, including hydrogen cyanide
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Following human subjects will be excluded from the study: a) Uncontrolled vomiting b) Altered sensorium where oral administration is impossible and Ryles intubation not available c)Where conventional medical treatment is available and the medical team decides in favor of conventional treatment only. d) Subject / caretaker refusal (in case of patient being in Coma) e) Patients who have any medical condition which in the judgment of the investigator may render them inappropriate for participation in the trial
