Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents who are studying in 9th standard in the selected school. Adolescents whose age is in between 14 and16 years. Who can speak, read and write in English Who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescents who are diagnosed with any diseases or infirmity
