Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Postpartum women within one month of delivery - Those planning to breast feed their infant - Who had completed child bearing and therefore could be followed up for further 18 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women taking drugs that are known to affect bone metabolism
