Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: â?? Women undergoing IVF with at least 2 good quality (G1/2) embryos with supernumerary day 5/6 blastocysts available for freezing after the fresh transfer â?? Culture fluid of 20-30 µl available for freezing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: â?? BMI > 30 â?? Serum FSH >10 IU/L
