Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A) Patients with Similar Bilateral impacted mandibular third molar involving surgical extraction. B) Healthy patients with no systemic disorder.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Has local pathology,eg,generalised or localised periodontitis,cysts or tumor,associated with third molars eg acute periodontitis.Patient with allergy to penicillin

| On 7th post operative day evaluation of the surgical site is done for any sign of infection & suture removal done.Timepoint: After 3 weeks patient will be recalled for the extraction of the remaining side. | — |
