Inclusion criteria: ALL NEONATES VENTILATED FOR MORE THAN ONE DAY IN NICU OF PEDIATRICS,CSMMU,LUCKNOW

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: WEIGHT 600 gms maturity26 wks major congenital malformations ivh grade 4 proven by ultrasound severe asphyxia HIE stage 3 cases where consent was not given
