Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All abdominal emergency/elective colorectal surgeries 2. Laparoscopic surgeries with any incision more than 7 cm length
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abdominal wound is contaminated or dirty at presentation (preoperatively) eg. Trauma, intra-abdominal sepsis 2. Layer of skin is not closed 3. Pre operative use of other antibiotics 4. Anastomotic leak requiring re-exploration
