Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with COPD in stable condition for more than 3months 2. Patient having abnormal lipid profile (LDL-130-160 mg/dl)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bronchial asthma 2. Patients with prior exposure to statins. 3. Patients with acute exacerbation of COPD for less than 3months 4. Patients with any active infection, renal disease for less than 3months 5. Patients with history of liver dysfunction 6. Pregnancy and lactation
