Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 20-60 yrs. Patient having pratyatma lakshana of Ghridhrasi LBP >3 months For employment group who is working in the University >1yr. & having complaint of LBP >3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group 60 yrs. Spinal deformity, Spinal tumour, traumatic cause. For employment group work duration
