Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Spastic diplegic or spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy. 2) Seizure free or under control. 3) GMFCS level 2 and 3. 4) Children cooperative and tolerant to machine and intervention. 5) Parents motivated and willing. 6) Orthopaedic: a) At least 1 year since soft tissue or bone surgery. b) No significant skeletal abnormality such as scoliosis. c) At least 6 months post BOTOX. 7) Range Of Movements (ROM) a) Less than 10 degree Hip flexion contracture. b) Less than 20 degree Hip abduction deformity. c) Less than 5 degree Knee flexion contracture. d) Greater than 45 degree popliteal angle. e) Angle dorsiflexion to neutral with knee extended.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Seizure persistent or uncontrolled. 2) Un co-operative child or parents not motivated. 3) Non ambulatory or severe cases of hip and knee flexion deformity. 4) Significant skin lesion or allergy to electrodes. 5) GMFCS level 4 and 5. 6) Cardiovascular diseases.
