Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) Children of both sexes, ages between 9 to 12 years studying in a nearby school within a 5km radius of the yoga center. (ii) Right hand dominance based on a standard handedness inventory.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) Children with a diagnosed illness (ii) Those who are taking any medication (iii) Color blindness using standard charts
